SHORT BIO

Sojun is a Vermont-based DJ drawn to the deeper, stranger edges of dance music: techno, UK garage, microhouse, disco, cumbia, and leftfield club sounds.

An indie rock guitarist and songwriter first, he brings a musician’s sense of dynamics to the booth — building sets around rhythm, texture, tension, release, and the moments when a room starts to shift.

His sets are curious and responsive, moving between underground club sounds, global rhythms, and dancefloor left turns without losing the pulse.

LONG BIO

Sojun is a Vermont-based DJ and musician working across techno, UK garage, microhouse, disco, cumbia, and leftfield club sounds.

An indie rock guitarist and songwriter first, he brings a musician’s ear to the booth: pacing, dynamics, tension, release, and tone shape the way his sets unfold. His selections are groove-forward and exploratory, moving between underground dance music, global rhythms, and unexpected left turns without losing the thread of the party.

Rather than locking into one genre, Sojun builds sets around energy and feel. Depending on the room, he might move from dubby techno into 2-step garage, disco house into cumbia, or ambient textures into heavier rhythmic pressure. The goal is to keep the floor engaged while making space for surprise.

His sets work best in rooms that are curious, open, and willing to move — whether that means a focused dance night, a late café set, a bar floor finding its pulse, or a party ready to go somewhere less obvious.
